Welcome to lyrycao.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our bicycle rental services in Amsterdam. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to lyrycao.com, the bicycle rental service provider in Amsterdam. "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that rents bicycles from us. "Services" refers to bicycle rental and related services provided by lyrycao.com. "Website" refers to lyrycao.com and all its content.

2. Rental Agreement

When renting a bicycle from us, you agree to return the bicycle in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted. The rental period begins when you receive the bicycle and ends when you return it to our designated location. Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in your rental agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion. Our bicycles are intended for use within the Amsterdam metropolitan area only. Taking bicycles outside this area without prior written permission is prohibited. We may temporarily suspend or limit our services due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Bicycles are provided on an "as is" basis. While we maintain our fleet regularly, we make no guarantees regarding the performance or suitability of our bicycles for specific purposes beyond normal recreational or commuting use.

5. Payments and Deposits

Payment must be made in full at the time of rental unless other arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon. We may require a security deposit, which will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the bicycle. Damage to the bicycle or its accessories may result in partial or complete forfeiture of the deposit. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of lyrycao.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of lyrycao.com and is protected by international copyright laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of lyrycao.com.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lyrycao.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, or any claims of third parties, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, bicycles, or website.
By renting our bicycles, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cycling and accept full responsibility for your safety. We strongly recommend that all customers obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lyrycao.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your rental (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing our services using your rental information.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and lyrycao.com shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention underlying the invalid provision.
